I found manually and installed successfully the various drivers for Windows 7, but I'm not able to find the appropriate driver for the "pilot of Serial Bus universal (USB)", and I guess that's the reason for a USB connection that does not work. I installed Windows 7 in Acer Aspire E5 - 551G, but there doesn't seem to be an operating system that is supported by ACER, because on the page to download ACER drivers, drivers are available only for Windows 8.1
